I could not use the item. Theresa was an issue with the delivery date, I tried to contact customer support both via email and phone multiple times and I never received a response. I was unable to return the product.

Ruined 2 trying to heat them up. One instruction says warm water and it didn't do anything. Another instruction said boiling water. Ruined both sets of trays trying to figure it out.
