Refund policy

DrCollins.com. offers a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase for any UNOPENED product ordered from DrCollins.com. We reserve the right to charge a 20% return fee for any non-defective unopened products returned to DrCollins.com. Customers will be responsible for return freight charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Products that have been OPENED cannot be resold and as such are only offered a 50% credit.
DrCollins.com. requires a return authorization number (RMA) for any product being returned. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. Customers need to provide a sales order number and reasons of return to obtain a RMA number. Please contact our customer service department before returning any products. We recommend that you reference your RMA number on the outside of the return package and ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
Please understand that returned opened dental products are discarded and as such DrCollins.com does NOT accept 'I DON'T LIKE IT' returns. Please be familiar with the item you are purchasing.

DrCollins.com offers a 30 day exchange guarantee for all DEFECTIVE products purchased directly from DrCollins.com, provided that the product is returned in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals, and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns will NOT be accepted.
We cannot process any exchanges, refunds or provide warranties for any free or promotional items that may be shipped with your order.
Any orders returned to DrCollins.com as Undeliverable will incur an additional shipping charge to reship the order.
