I did not receive the 6 Perio Plus brushes I ordered (Order #5035). Instead, I received the regular Perio brushes which I have used before and are painful on my gum line. I can not use these. I have sent multiple emails requesting this error be rectified with no responses from Dr. Collins. I have ordered toothbrushes from Dr. Collins for a long time and never had any issues. I wish they would just fix this mistake.
