I ordered two large toothpaste, your shipper lost them in a small city in N. Carolina. I said to you either break the shipment loose, send me another shipment or give me my money back. You gave me my money back. That is DUMB. But it does make a clear statement about Business in California, No wander why people are leaving. There are no second chances, good thing you are too rich to fail.
